Robert Millard
Robert B. Millard formerly served as chairman of the MIT Corp., and served on its Executive Committee, until October 2020. Mr. Millard was also a member of the MIT Investment Management Co. endowment board. Prior to becoming chairman of MIT, Mr. Millard was the chairman of Realm Partners LLC from 2009 to 2014 and held various senior positions, including managing director, at Lehman Brothers and its predecessors from 1976 to 2008. He sits on the board of directors of iHeart Media Inc., where he serves on the Compensation Committee and chairs the Audit Committee. Mr. Millard sits on the board of directors of L3Harris Technologies, where he was the lead independent director until April 2025. He chaired L3 Technologies, a predecessor company, and was a director of Weatherford International Inc. until February 2012 and GulfMark Offshore Inc. until July 2013. He is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and serves on its Finance and Budget Committee. Mr. Millard earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and an S.B. from MIT.
