Willard J. Overlock, Jr. retired in 1996 from a career in investment banking. He is a trustee emeritus of Rockefeller University and a special partner at Cue Ball Capital. Mr. Overlock previously served as a member of the board of directors of Becton, Dickinson and Co. and chairman of The Albert and Mary Lasker Foundation. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a B.A. from the University of North Carolina.
