Sarah K. Williamson is the CEO of FCLTGlobal, a not-for-profit organization whose mission is to focus capital on the long term to support a sustainable and prosperous economy. Ms. Williamson previously spent over 20 years with Wellington Management, a private independent investment management firm, including as a partner and director of alternative investments. Before joining Wellington Management, Ms. Williamson was a senior engagement manager at McKinsey & Co., a special assistant at the U.S. Department of State, and a mergers and acquisitions investment banker at Goldman Sachs. Ms. Williamson serves as a director of EXL Service (NASDAQ: EXLS), where she is a member on the Compensation and Talent Management Committee and the Nominating and Governance Committee. She also serves as chair of the board of the Whitehead Institute for Biomedical Research and is a member of the boards of MITIMCo and the Women’s Foundation of Boston. She is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. She received her B.A. in economics with honors from Williams College and earned an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School.
